Our aim is to develop basic science on water electrolysis, organic hydride synthesis, fuel cells, and related electrochemical processes as fundamental technologies toward hydrogen-based society.

Ritsuki Nakajima (M2) won the POSTER PRIZE. 2022/8/29 B4 students attended the Summer School of ECSJ Kanto Division. 2022/7/5 A visiting researcher from Spain joined our group. 2022/3/15～3/17 Three presentations for the 89th Meeting of Electrochemical Society of Japan. 2021/12/9～12/10 Four presentations for the 45th Congress on Electrolysis. 2021/11/29～11/30 Three presentations for the 41st Symposium of the Hydrogen Energy Systems Society of Japan (HESS). 2021/9/14 Ritsuki Nakajima (M1) won the POSTER PRIZE in the 13th International Summer School on Advanced Studies of Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells. 2021/9/9 Three presentations for the 2021 Fall Meeting of Electrochemical Society of Japan. 2021/9/6～9/14 We co-organized 13th International Summer School on Advanced Studies of Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cells (Main organizer: Graz Technical University) as an online event. Students attended lectures on fuel cell technology and electrochemistry, talk with Austrian students, and present their research achievements. 2021/4/5 Taiki Ishida (M1), Hayato Enjoji (M1), and Shota Ooi (M1) won the STUDENT ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD in the 88th Meeting of Electrochemical Society of Japan. 2021/4/1 New accademic year started. We have several newcomers. 2021/3/25 Issei Matsuura (M2) and Shota Ooi (B4) won the GOOD PRESENTATION AWARDs for the Master's and Bachelor's theses. 2021/3/24 Eight presentations for the 88th Meeting of Electrochemical Society of Japan. 2020/12/11 Yuya Sugita (M1) won the STUDENT ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD in the 40th Symposium of the Hydrogen Energy Systems Society of Japan (HESS). 2020/11/26～2020/12/1 Four presentations for the 44th Congress on Electrolysis and the 40th Symposium of the Hydrogen Energy Systems Society of Japan (HESS). 2020/11/13 Midterm report of graduation thesis was held online. Six undergraduate students gave presentations. 2020/10/7 Five presentations for the PRiME2020 (The Electrochemical Society). 2020/9/18 Our homepage was renewed. 2020/9/2 Three presentations for the 71st Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry. 2020/9/17 The 38th Summer School of the ECSJ Kanto Division was held online. Our students worked as the local organizer.
